So this is happening

My first thought was maybe diatoms because the system is about two months old. Now I'm not sure. When the lights go out the bacteria doesn't recede. Never had diatoms grow on my glass. I thought maybe cyano, due to excess nutrients. Nitrate reads at 2pp and have detectable posphates. Maybe I should toss some chaeto out.
