That looks like early signs of Brooks... Do you have Metronidazole on hand? If you do I would get to dosing it ASAP and catch it early. As far as the internal Parasites, food soaked General Cure will help a lot bond with Focus.

my plan is to put in qt and use the trifecta- kanaplex metroplex and furan-2. Lfs doesn't have any on hand so I ordered them and they are supposed to arrive Sunday

I had a royal gramma that died a couple weeks ago. She had a white patch for a day or two at the base of her tail then her tail started rotting away. By the time she died (within a few days) she had no tail.

In my experience, clowns can shake of a lot of diseases with just a little intervention. If you're going to dose all that medicine, consider just dosing the food, and using Seachem Focus to bind that medicine to just the food. Shouldn't impact the rest of your reef, and should be effective over about 2 weeks of feeding. Mine took almost exactly 2 weeks to get well after metro/prazi dosed in its food.

The more opinions I can get the better. I have listened to lfs store before and it turned out to be not very good advice.

Not to be rude but @Big G is not your typical LFS employee. He knows what he is talking about and how to treat fish and is one of the top disease experts in the forms. I would trust every word he has offered to you to help your fish.

We have brook and internal parasites. Start with internal issues first. Give fish a freshwater dip and treat with praziPro at 80% of bottle recommendation.

I don't think you're being rude. I'm new to all this and like to get as much info as I can. I am taking his advice but as I get new symptoms or info that can help identify what is going on i want opinions. I appreciate his expertise and help. My problem is I am never satisfied until I get to the bottom of it lol.

Believe me I’m the same way. I also have learned a ton from this website so I’m glad you came here for help!! LFS employees are kind of a hit or miss so coming here for answers is the best option in my opinion. I would definitely stick to a plan with your fish and they will make it through!! Also you can read through a bunch of great info here

I am going to do a freshwater bath then quarantine and use kana metro and furan-2 for the brook. Can i use the metro and focus to feed also for internal parasites? I was going to keep them in qt for 6 weeks so maybe do one then the other?

Yes you can mix with food
