So I have been wondering why my Zoas (only brightly colored ones - orange/red) have been closed up and really not happy.

So today I found these little speedy things, which I think are Zoa eating nudibranchs.

Has anyone dealt with these and gotten rid of them? I took out my zoas that have been affected and dipped them in Coral RX and picked off a second one I found.

You are correct they are Zoanthids Eating Nudibranch.
Manual removal of adults and manual removal of eggs. Google images of Zoanthid Eating Nudibranch eggs. They are spiral or ribbon in shape and need to be removed. Dips typically will not adversely affect egg masses.

Would the eggs be exclusively on the Zoas or anywhere?

Almost always on the zoanthids.
