All 3 are telling me a different temp
Don't know which one to trust
Why are they so unreliable
Anyone point me in the right direction for a good one

Look for a thermometer that's labeled "traceable". That means it's been calibrated to a known good source and should be much more accurate.

We can send you one from America. Then those would all be within aabout a degree. Silly metric system.
