I am just curious as to who feeds their palys, which type of palys, and what type of food?

I haven't ever fed my palys so I am curious.

well i try to feed my palys sometimes they sort of close up and look like they "might" get some of it. i try to feed the larger head ones. i use mixed food, usually a mix of cyclopeze, artipods, and the oyster eggs with tissue ...

My palys actually just catch it from when I feed the tank(I overfeed a lot).
I feed Rod's and prawn rowe(from nutrimar)
I got mohawks, PD, candy apple red's, and others that I dunno the name of and especially the mohawks like the food.
Hope that helps with the contribution :D

I used to feed mine. Kinda got distracted with my other coral though, and stopped focusing on them as much. My PPE seemed to respond well to it.

i feed mine. they grow awesome!

i've got goochsters and purple deaths, and a several others that i don't know the names of. goochsters eat well, and the purple deaths are flippin pigs! ime, the larger the polyp size, the easier it is to feed them, and the quicker they close in on the food.

feed mysis and a local reefer's brew, 2-3 times per week. the other days i feed flake, and they get whatever they can catch in the currents.

I agree with Salty. The larger palys like Nukes, Purple Deaths, Unattainables, etc. readily eat and IMO grow faster as a result. I guess that only makes sense. I feed a homemade brew similar to what Amanda posted but they will eat whatever they can catch.
