I went there. I took a bunch of stuff to sell. I only picked up 3 frags. Candy apple reds because the ones I got last time have produced 0 babies and I wanted to try with a different frag from someone who grows them under leds. A maricultured or wild zoa that was pretty nice. Jason Fox was deciding whether he would take the colony or not and I got a frag of it. And some WOW zoas. A buddy of mine was there and knew I had mine melt and gave me a frag. All-in-all it was a fun time.
Having said that, there was no speaker, no frag demo, and the raffle was weak. I go there to see a bunch of people I know all in one shot to hang and talk so I enjoy it for that, but it is lacking. In years before the swaps were held at TFP the raffles were great, speakers were great, and demos were helpful.

No need to regret, I didn't see anything he had that was a must buy. I've heard him say before that the ncpars swaps are not high end swaps so I assume he doesn't bring the high end because it won't sell. I was looking for a nice chalice but didn't see any that were worth even asking a price on.
