as long as its to locals only, in your local forum, you may post things for sale without the standard requirements.
Prices are still a must, and must still remain at a hobbyist level.

lol, if you posted more than 3 threads of sales in a month as a free member, or 5 threads as a premium member.
Im sure you are fine.
We just need to say that to keep vendors from selling without paying for sponsorship.
