My local chemical shop stocks soda ash dense which is technical grade and also soda ash light which is food grade.
Apart from the purity aspect with food grade being better, is there a reason as to why you would pick one over the other?
Is there any difference when it comes to mixing them? Do the mix easily?
Would 25kg of each make equal amounts of dosing solution or would you need to use more of one to get the same result?
