Soda Ash Residue

I am dosing Randy's two part and I seem to get a build up of this on the tube dosing the Soda Ash part. Anyone else have this and how do you prevent it?

It looks like salt creep to me but I could be wrong. My residual soda ash tends to be more of an off white or even yellowing color. I just remember to clean the end of my dosing tubes every few days. Be careful that it doesn't fall on top of coral if its in the DT as it has the potential to kill coral.

It comes off if you soak in viniger .. Or hot water.. It just residue.. Completely normal.. It even does it in a ml dosing cup if added manually.. It will clog the tube of not cleaned .. But its easy peasy to clean

The alk part is close to saturation, so it gets deposits easily.
