Since Soda Ash is bicarbonate already baked should I use the 500 grams per Randy's recipes for my Alkalinity supplement? Confused since BRS says 356 grams for their solution. Any help appreciated.

You use the 356 (or maybe 372) grams. The baking of 594 grams of sodium bicarbonate yields 375 grams of sodium bicarbonate. I’m not sure how they exactly got 356.
