Can I use this for sodium hydroxide for recipe #1

It says 100% sodium hydroxide but then also says it has an active ingredient of sulfamic acid

Food grade is cheap. I’d get that. No idea what these conflicting statements on the label mean. The sulfamic acid statement is not correct.

Was Trying to get something local which seems impossible

I've been using this available on Amazon. It's been working really well as I've had problems with low pH in the past. Thanks, Randy!

I use the same brand that @kindafun linked from Amazon also without any issues.
