sodium nitrate dosing

i just picked up some loudwolf sodium nitrate and was wondering about the dosing...looked at the wdosing website site for this and kinda confusing...i dont have anything that measures in ml or liters ..i got teaspoons and ozs....lol....would i just covert the ml to ozs ..any help thanks....50 gallon tank here...
