My icp test shows a sodium level of 3ppm in my rodi water. No other elements detected except calcium at 0.085. 5 stage filter with 0tds and filters under 5 months old. Could it be the cheaper sediment and carbon filters I’m using?

Sodium would certainly show up on a TDS meter. So if your RODI has zero TDS, then your ICP test is wrong.

Or the other way around. :)
Possible, I suppose. ;) But really unlikely for a TDS (conductivity) meter to not pick up Na+, unless the meter is broken and always displays zero.

You could check the feed water TDS just to make sure it doesn't say zero there.
