I’m wondering if anyone else has ever encountered or come across issues when using high amounts of sodium sulfate anhydrous and having corals reacting bad to using it at high dosing trying to maintain sulphate?

By itself it is completely nontoxic, but impurities will always be a concern with a chemical additive, and the anhydrous part means it may generate some heat when first dissolved.

And that’s what I’m wondering is are there impurities in it that arnt showing up on icp or just oissing the corals off. Cuz I was using your recipe for a while but was at the point I was using 2x the sulfate portion

Sodium sulate is often rich in Zinc (Na2SO4 is a byproduct of the Xanthogenate process, Zinc is used as catalyst there).

Id recommend water change and a ICP test.

I already have to dose zinc based on icp testing

ok, then zinc is unlikely to be the problem maker.
