Sodium Sulfate purity

How's it going everyone,

I'm trying to source some sodium sulfate for Randy's 2 part but have some questions about purity. I found this product that is 99%+ pure. Their COA has "As" listed in the analysis. Should I be concerned about this? I've attached the COA, feel free to look it over.
