hi, wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of coral this is and proper care that would be amazing ! It's in a 70 gal tank with LED lights. All perameters of the tank are in range and in general everything is doing pretty well. Broke down someone's old setup and it's been here for about 2 months now.

Trachyphyllia a large polyp stony coral.

Mod flow and lighting, do not blast it with light. It does well with target feedings. Maintain Ca/alk and magnesium as you would for other stony corals.

Euphyllia paraancora, aka Branching Hammer coral. Mod flow, tentacles should be swaying in the current, and mod lighting as well, your lighting will be fine. :)

It could be frogspawn as well, look to the link for images to compare.

It's also not a soft coral, as it has a stony skeleton.
