OP was using a carbon bag that had GFO in it. Most likely the cause.

The pic the OP posted was of Red Sea carbon. As far as I can tell, there is no GFO in it. OP should probably put it back in if it was removed. The GAC will help remove the Razor and if they had toxic strain of Dino, will help with that also.
