Soft corals not doing so well hard corals look great

I do 20-30%water changes. And my LFS told me to change water every 2 weeks. Instead of weekly. And I do not feed live. Other thank the pods that are in my fuge. But it is loaded with them.

The percentage doesn't matter all that much. You change whatever it takes to keep your levels where you want them. Maybe try letting your levels creep up a little at a time until your softies are happier. Maybe try 5ppm no3 for a month and see how everything responds. Then try a little higher if needed.

I would keep my wc schedule bi weekly or weekly. Keeps swings subtle imo.
