My Kenya trees and toadstool never open anymore, it has been weeks and they never opened. They have not melted. I don't know if it is my light (viparspectra 165w) or my flow

Ph:8
Nitrate:10
Phosphate:0
Nitrite:0
Amonina:0
Alk:8

Have you changed the flow recently with your tank? Are their any new lights or light patterns you have used recently that could have caused this?

I have increase the height of my lights higher incase it was bothering the corals but they did it open up prior to change light height

Looking at the diatom film in the pic, it suggests you have inadequate water flow. For leathers/xenia/Kenyii- you want moderate light and medium water flow with a little iron and stronium in the water
Assure nitrate and Phos readings are not false- what test kits are you using?

I am using the red sea test kit, I am also dosing dino x to help get rid of the dinos

DinoX will upset them a little and not sure this is dinos- Looks more like diatoms. Take a turkey Baster and blow this film loose and siphon or net the loose matter and reduce white intensity slightly and see if it returns overnite. Diatoms wont, dino will as dino is photosynthetic and needs light to reproduce

Softies are also a good indication of water parameters being off a bit. Could be varying more than should over the course of 24 hours.
Whatever that film on them is irritating them. They will need more flow to keep the film off them. Blow them off and work on getting that under control. Should perk back up when all is stable. No obvious signs of death are prevalent in picture.
