Hi, I have a IM 40 cube and bought a big rock of soft corals and only a few colonies are opening up. Can anyone help?

How long has it been since you introduced them? It usually takes a little while for them to adjust.

It’s been a day and a half. My Goby is climbing all over them so I don’t know if that is what is making them not open.

Mine are closing sometimes a weeks and then they open for 2 weeks or more. Just let them close and do there thing :P
As long the water is good and the lights is fine. You have nothing to worrie about. Be sure the tank is a bit over 6 months befor addings corals.. so the paramters are constant.

The ones that are opened are GSP, Palys, zoas and glove polyps the one that is not open is some sort of polyp. Almost looks like a small piece of a mangrove.

I don’t know if the Goby is doing anything to prevent the coral to open up or not.

It could be the goby and it could be that they are still adjusting. I would give it a few more days :)
