Feed more. Reefroids will raise phosphates or flake food

Is the new salt bucket black or blue? Red sea coral pro (black bucket) mixes to an alk of 11-12 dkh and the blue bucket mixes to 7-7.5 I believe.

Correct. Coral pro or higher alk salt is to increase growth in stoney corals but will cause bleaching if not enough nitrate is present
