Soft to touch, little ball on live rock

Like the title says, there’s a little ball that’s soft to touch on the live rock I received recently. Looks like a little booger to me. Anyone have an idea of what it is?

Yeah, or looks like my rock developed a uvula…..might have strep throat to by the looks of it!
