Hi all,
I have a WaterBox 25 since 6 months.
Since few months my zoanthus are closed, they are thin and tall. My LPS corals are pretty good.
I have also 2 clowns.
My nitrates and phosphate are undetectable.
Temperature 25°C.
Density 1.025
KH is often low.
Light AI prime, 10hours only blue.
Skimmer

I tried to feed more my clown to increase phosphate, but only have more red algae.
I don't know what to do know.
I will need your help
Thank you !

How is the flow? What is the position in the tank of the zoas? What is your KH? Increasing KH (slowly) if they are very low, will generally make corals happier.

Only blue, they not going to like that.
You need full spectrum. Not a coral found very deep and cultured ones get whites as well.

Undetectable nutrients they are not going to like.

Low or unstable alk creates an unstable system which favors pest algae.

You need to correct those things.

Ok thank you for your answer.
I will increase the scpetrum.
For the nutriment, I tried to increase a lot the feeding for my fish but it changes nothing, exept more algae.
Ok for kH
TY !

Definitely adjust the lighting.

Depending on your actual alk level, try increasing this SLOWLY) no more than 0.5 dKh per day).

If your tank is only 6 months old, it might still be going through the "uglies", in which case algae is inevitable. Try increasing the amount you feed and monitor the algae... You may just need to live with it for a bit until the tank matures.

Increase feedings will result in increased nutrient levels but that takes time.

You can, if you wish, simply bump either or both with something like neo nitro or Neo phosphorus and then use feedings to keep them stable.
