Hi all,
My softie tank has been doing great. Now 8 months yoing and maturing nicely. My question is about 2 corals on the right side of my tank. I have a 6-8 inch green devils hand and a 1 ft tall toadstool with a cap of roughly 6 inches diameter. The toadstool is supposed to be green but came to me white, possibly trauma in shipping... His tentacles and polyps really started to color up to a mint green... This evening coming home from work I noticed the toadstool was folded and now facing the wall of the tank and the devils hand appeared more expanded than ever before and appears to have pushed forward. They were always growing straight up to the light with several inches between them.. Is this natural? Is my toadstool going to be ok in this position? Has the cap grown too large for the base to support? Will he lose color not being in direct light? See attached photos.
