Softie/LPS Feeding/Care in Nano

I am starting a 32 Gallon LED BioCube Softie/LPS Reef Tank. I'm curious what you guys/girls do and recommend for feeding your Softie/LPS corals? Do you use something like Red Sea Coral Energy? or Use Broadcast feeding like Reef Chili/Roids? Or Just small 10% weekly water changes with a good salt mix?

I would love to know what you guys are doing! Or if you can direct me to other threads on this topic!

I broadcast feed with reef chili and do 10% water changes weekly, I've had good results with that. I haven't tried direct feeding as I don't really have the extra time to devote to it
