I just introduced a small Sohal tang a couple days ago, i have a 90gal mixed with all parameters ok, i do partial water changes every 10 days with "real" ocean saltwater. Vortech mp40 and reef octopus bh90.

He is really calm and swims all around the tank when the lights are out, when they come on he starts going all crazy swimming really fast in one spot (how do i upload video?) ends up all agitated but no signs of ich or stress related illness... He eats really well

Someone has had this problem?? What should i do?

I've tried with the lowest of the light intensity and have the same problem

What lights do you have? Do they gradually get brighter and brighter over time or do they come on all of a sudden?
I've heard fish can develop a hypersensitivity to light. I've only heard of it once before, so I imagine it's pretty rare.
Because he acts normal during the lights out period I wouldn't say it's a health issue.

A friend of mines had that happen to his sohal tang and he noticed the the tang was seeing his reflection on the side of the tank thinking another own was in the tank so he blocked of that side of the tank for a week or so.

I would try adjusting the tank lights, or if not possible the tank the lights in the room. For example i have the lights in the room set to turn on gradually and they are adjustable to different brightnessess so that the fish have some light in the room to adjsut to everyday before the tank lights come on. It's an easier transition for fish that freak out like the one you have and creates more of a natural effect for the fish instead of just sudden light.
