Solar Fairy Wrasse question

Hello everyone,,
Anyone have an idea whats going on with my fairy wrasse? Thoughts? It is only on the one side of his body. He was a little pale since we got him. At first we thought it was due to stress and it would come back after a few days. But he still seems pale.
I have had him about two weeks. After day 1 we noticed some spots on side. Now his one eye is getting a little cloudy.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

It would also be helpful to move this to the fish disease forum. I'm certainly not well versed but first thoughts would be flukes. Good luck to you and the wrasse, I sure hope you get it figured out.
