Its a used light....you should expect there to be dust in the fans..... Box looks like UPS man handled it...not much the seller can do about that....does the light work?

yeah ups manhandled it because he put about zero fill in the box.. the mounts got rust and the lights full of dust if you are selling a item for 500$ you can wipe it down or blow it out.

i'm sure it works but i'm still at work that's not the point. its principle PACK and care for the item as if its yours just don't take the $ and throw it in a box dirty and let it bounce around for 1200 miles.
