solid color pvc/acrylic box

I'm no good at gluing acrylic. Can someone here build me basically a box that'll fit in my sump? The idea is to use it as a refugium within the sump, this way all the algae is contained within the box. It would only need to be 5 sided (top open) w/ a hole cut on the side so that I can install some type of fitting to let water drain. Please PM me if you're able/interested in this.

Put a 5 gallon bucket in there. Mod that’s with a light and flow in and out. It’s clean.

I can help you out on this just need the percise measurements wanted and the size and positioning of the hole you want drilled in it..
