Somatic 60 skimmer help

I need some help with my skimmer. It I putting a ton of micro bubbles out of the output. So much that my sump turns white from all of them. It’s a somatic 60. It’s new and I’m about to pull it and find something else unless someone has a idea on why it’s doing doing this and knows a fix for it. I will try to upload pictures and a video to show what’s going on.

Also this thing is way loud sucking air. I can put my finger over the air silencer and becomes dead quiet but there is no air bubbles.
