some algae ID / info and help!

have a year old tank i bought few days ago, had some water left in the tank due to live rock
so i mixed new sat and water and added certain liquids etc that i needed and instant cycle which kickstarts everything and now have 2 chromish fish, ive noticed this greenish brown stuff in certain places and green on the sides of the glass on the tank, any ideas

is this all good stuff ?

Also PH levels are at 7.0 / 7.5, do i need an 8.0PH for clowns?

or is this alright for them, also my temp is a steady 74F

thats a great link and information but its so hard to figure out what it is, i believe it is Diatoms? but not 100% sure, because i have like small patches of it, i believe i can get something to treat it if not manually remove it, when i put my hand in the tank and grab it it turns into basically mini little particals
