Some help on reboot

So I have been fighting something that I can not fix in my tank so I decided to break it down and restart it.
So I was thinking about removing all the rock and fish and sand and running the tank on freshwater with bleach hopefully that kills the vibro
What are your thoughts?
The tank is coming down so and getting redone.

Cant believe no one helped you! I am wanting to do a restart on an abandoned frag tank!

Well anyways I got it all out
I used a saw and cut though the Marco cement and popped them right out of the tank.
cut though the rock like butter
