I just wanted to make you all aware that I have had some issues with the Hydra 26 HD lights. I have two that came with my WB, setting them up was a pain, too much of a pain, but I thought it was me! Then over the past few days since I have had them on, one of them, the slave, will not be found. I can get it to work, but it takes several attempts to do so. This is using any means of control via the app or the web.
I called them today and mentioned they have had some issues and will be sending me a replacement. I just wanted to point the issue out, but more than anything comment on their customer service. They were very quick to identify the issue and get me taken care of.
