Hello! I'm not sure what this bug looking critter is. Good sign? Bad sign? Any advice is appreciated, thanks. This is the best photo I could get

It's a copepod. They are safe. Like scooby snacks for your fish.

They eat algae and some people aquaculture them for food their tanks. They crawl around on your rocks and are mostly out at night.

Mandarin fish love them!

I remember my first reef tank when I found pods! I was so excited. I am smiling thinking about your discovery.
 
ok great, thanks! Have seen about 20 of them since post so glad they're good haha
 
Although my picky clownfish are not interested . Pulled one from my water change and female spit it out haha
 
There's probably a lot more than you don't see, kind of like cockroaches. My clowns love eating them, and they look exactly like you have in your picture. To each their own I guess.
 
Perhaps I will get a mandarin down the line if they stick around :)
