Some kind of filter feeder

Any idea what this might be? It seems to live in a small tube like structure and fans out when it comes out. If I shine a light on it, it goes back into its tube. Very strange. I’ve noticed two of them right together.
Any ideas??

It’s hard to tell under the blue light (an image under flashlight would be ideal for an ID), though my guess would be fan/tube/feather duster worms. Harmless filter-feeders.
