If you found one there’s probably many more in your system,
they multiply very fast and if you try to remove them and they rip if you could not get their whole body they will just keep growing.
I’ve seen some reach close to 12 inches, and once they infest your tank it’s almost impossible to get rid of them. As they go into every crack and crevice in any of your rocks or any other items they can fit into including the sand. They like to come out at night a good way to tell if you have anymore as put a piece of shrimp or something dad even pellet food to drop to the bottom and watch they will come out of everywhere once they smell it if you do have any more in your system don’t pick them up by hand because they will get their bristles all in your fingers and they do not feel great.
Good luck
Some people like some in their system because they do eat just about anything and keep your substrate stirred up.
Some people don’t like them because they do eat everything if there’s not enough wasted food in your system and there is a lot of bristle worms they could eat certain Corals.
