Zeo back, mb7, zeofood7, reef roids mixture… lol I use it mid week with that combo and on sundays I mix it with coral snow..

What do you use for the milk?

Like is it half a gallon of RODI
One oz of mb7 etc…?

I’ve heard of others doing this before I just never found an exact recipe to get the right consistency.

I use 4 drops zeobak
1 cap mb7
8 drops zeo food
1 tsp reef roids

Every other feeding I use about 30ml of diy coral snow mixed in with it. “ calcium carbonate”

With both feedings I shut off the skimmer and return pump. I run the just the circulation in the tank for a hour to feed, then turn the return and skimmer back on.

Usually I dose it after 8 hours, but I have also used it right away after mixing it.
