Honestly don't remember the exact Fstop I was going back and forth I think I used mostly somewhere between F-8 and F-11. this is my first attempt at macro shots I still wanna try top down shots, and I need a tri-pod, right now I just push the lens up against the glass to hold it steady.

nope, I'm using a canon 7d with a sigma 105mm I think, I'll have to check lol
