No name from Unique. Crazy colors.

I lied haha here’s WD not photoshopped. You can see the good pink colors on the new growth to the left.

Garf bonsai and a no name to the left. The bonsai is about to explode with nubs. I’m really digging the no name piece to the left. Check out those pink tips.

Fox flame. This past week it’s started to have the green pop up on the tips. You can look back a page and see the difference. Pretty cool how they change as the settle.

Now here’s my new favorite piece. Worked 12 hours today so just a crumby cell video. But trust me this thing is bright!! Matt Vs No Grease Needed can’t believe i scored this thing for what I did. It was supposed to come with 1 free frag, but Matt being the amazing guy he is, sent 3. Seriously just a nice guy and I recommend anyone to buy from him.

And some white light pics. Kinda felt wrong showing it under blues with its name. He said it looks a little stressed and will get much much better. This is the only frag of it he will be releasing this year. Let’s hope I don’t kill it.

The pics and video do no justice. Can’t wait to take some proper dslr pics this weekend once it’s settled.

Just downloaded the aquarium camera app for iOS. Certainly no replacement for dslr but doesn’t do a bad job for $3.

From L to R there’s Vivids Hot Lava, the big one is RR Orange Passion and the green one up front is Vivids Crown Royal. The crown royal came purple but lost color. It’s e crusting really good now hoping the green will be a shift to purple.

Unknown from Unique, SC Orange Passion and Vivids Hot Lava. Hot lava is a amazingly fast grower and sooo bright in person. The backside that is getting the most light is bright orange.

Bunch of Vivid’s corals in this shot. From back left is Aventador, Sublime the bright pink(love this one), Confettit poking in on the right, stratosphere center and fire garden bottom left.

Really love the Sublime. It just keeps getting brighter and brighter.

Vivids Confetti. Honestly shocked how fast this thing is encrusting. Heard it was a slow grower but it’s been one of my faster.

Kinda full tank shot.

Been working 12-14 hour days 6 days a week. So I have been pretty much only been seeing tank under blues. Tank got neglected a little and I think I have a small patch of Dino’s or cyano. I sucked it all out last weekend and only a small amount returned. Have been dosing nitrates and phosphates to help remedy. Have gotten Alk under control and things are starting to look happier again.

Gotta give a huge thank you to @FishyBusinessAq for the amazing customer service and the healthiest fish I have ever recieved. I ordered 2 Copperband because I heard they don’t ship well. Well I ended up with 2 extremely healthy fish. The bigger one started to beat up the smaller one in QT so it was decided to break all my rules and after only 4 days to put the Copperband into DT in hopes of saving the smaller. Within 2 hours of being in the DT the Copperband was a member of the pack. Getting along great and constantly foraging around the tank. It’s now my favorite fish.


Thankfully the smaller Copperband came right out after removing the larger fish. I will sell the smaller fish to someone local in a few weeks. Both fish are already eating frozen like little pigs.

Surprisingly the Kole tang is extremely skittish. It looks very healthy and eats like crazy. But you can’t walk into the room without him hiding. He will go through my normal QT procedure.

Some of my fish. Between frozen and dry they get fed 8-10 times per day. I’d say they’re super fat and happy. Lots of people would say I’m overstocked for a 75 but there is 0 aggression besides the ignitus flashing occasionally.

Super pumped I just scored this RRU Crazy T Monti from Thin Vu on Facebook for only $130! Talk about a steal. And yes it’s wysiwyg.

This RR Orange Passion is growing like crazy suddenly and is finally colored and not brown. Still not as good as the SC but still really nice.

Speaking of SC Orange Passion

Vivids Sublime. Need a macro lens for a lot of these Vivid pieces. They’re really coloring up with some rainbow coralites. And check out that ASD Sweet Tort I got from @Mr V probably the best pic I’ve been able to take with iPhone.

Really crap pic of ViVids Hot Lava. This thing is coloring up even more with increased nutrients.

Been super swamped with work. Have a big project that is finally due to be done Friday.
Had some cyano pop up. Tank always read 0 on nitrates and phosphates. Started dosing but didn’t have time to test. After a while I noticed my alk had jumped from 7.5 to 9ish. Obviously something was very very wrong. Lost quite a few frags to it. Turned out nitrates were over 50.
Did a bunch of big wc and finally things are starting to level back out. Here’s some quick aquarium app pics I took last night.

Vivid confetti. Got a few burnt tips but is growing crazy fast. One of my favorite pieces.

RR Orange passion. New growth on this thing is crazy. The pic is pretty accurate of the purple and pinks in it.

Sc orange passion. This one got super dark when my nutrients went up. It encrusted super fast when I first got it, but then kinda stalled. Looks to be growing again. Colors are super dark and rich.

Walt Disney. Colors are more pink and less green than pics show. Also kinda stalled but looks to be growing again.

Cyano is getting really bad but corals are looking and growing better than ever. It’s kinda messed up haha.
