That is a vermetid snail with his snot web. They are harmless but I generally take my fragging shears and cut them out and feed them to my fish, I hate the snot strings.

Thanks!!! I have wondered what that was for a while now. He generally dosent have the strings but I had the powerheads off for pics, and they started up. Thanks for the heads up!

Palys and Zoa questions!
Any ideas what the palys and zoas are? I got the zoas from a friend, and the palys I got at the LFS. They kind of look like magicians, but not sure as I have never seen them in person.
