@LRT can ID exactly what one it is.

It is actually pretty cool looking, but have no idea where it snuck in from, and have never just found a random mushroom before...

All it takes is a little booger on a frag plug where someone cut a shroom off of zoas or something and they will grow into a new shroom.

I say discomosa, but colors could be anything.

Its a sign from reef gods. You must grow more shrooms

I wish I could get a better picture it is really blood red, now I need to fight the urge to move it where I can see it better but it seems happy where it is....

Discosoma sp. Red can take off fast, so just beware. Coll find though!

Left it where it was and it is getting bigger... but it is at back of tank so I think it is perfect.

Its a red or cardinal red discosoma mushroom

I’ve actually never had the reds take over in my tank, but, the green and camo ones…everywhere haha
