Nope, possibly a vermetid snail. Have you seen anything emerge from the tube?
 
I have vermetid in my tank, its not that. But recently have had an influx in pineapple sponges. Than this thing showed up. Related idk. I upgraded tank sizes so half my rock is 2 year old marco, the other have is 1 month old Marco, thats still cycling. Im assuming the pineapple sponges are due to silicate leaching from the dry rock, which is why I had assumed this to be some sort of sponge or tunicate.
 
Good point, I definitely don’t think it’s a sponge or tunicates though.
Possibly a feather duster?
I’d wait and see if anything pokes it’s ‘head’ out.
+1 for some sort of worm/feather duster.
Sometimes they grow in tubes in the LR and look like this.
Can you get another photos to post here, a bit far away from it please
