Some sort of sponge?

Not sure what these things are but they are mostly in dark crevices or low flow areas. They are almost clear and don’t move unless there is flow. I don’t really wanna disturb them if they aren’t harmful and they don’t seem to bother anything. Could these be some sort of sponge or macro algae?

It kinda does in the first picture you posted! Very small ones kinda in different places around my tank. Dangerous?

Just wanted to make sure, I've heard that some sponges can be toxic if they die or get disturbed.
