some sort of vermetid snail??

I have been battling vermetid snails for months now but noticed today my duncan coral is upset and something appears to be growing at the base of it. Also some new white tube like thing is on my frogspawn frag. Any ideas what these things are?

first looks like aan encrusting sponge, second is a pineapple sponge.
