Some sort of worm???

Found this guy crawling on the glass after lights out. I sucked him up in a turkey baster and put him in quarantine. Any idea what it is? Friend or foe? I would guess it is approximately 1cm in length, tough to give a length because it extends and retracts in length.

Not sure but you might have a phyllodoce worm, they tend to swim also.
