Some sort of worms attached to glass

Any ideas on this? I see a few of them. They are mostly transparent and are very tiny. They seem to be anchored to the glass and the pump causes them to flop around.

do they move at all? I do not see much detail but thinking a filter feeder given its anchor and location. If can put on whites only and snap a pic can get a positive id. Most likely a harmless filter feeder that will go away as your tank ages.

Some sort of baby worm crawling up the glass. Bristle worm most likely. My best guess. Pic isn't too clear.
