Looks like it. Also is that a tiny bright red feather duster below it?

If you need more specific info on the bivalve, hopefully someone in #reefsquad can help. Cause I have no experience with those critters.
 
Looks like a mussel, which can come in various colors other than the black ones that are typically consumed, or just another type of bivalve.
 
If it doesn't have another valve then I'd say slipper limpet. If there are two valves then it's a hitchhiker bivalve. Harmless and non photosynthetic

Agree. I went through a similar issue and someone told me the same in not so indirect terms :) I have a bunch of them in my tank. Not sure if they multiply but they have yet to harm anything.

Yes that is a red feather duster, I have them all over my tank
