Some type of worm?

Hi I recently moved a rock in my tank and found some sort of worm that I definitely did not put in there.. can anyone identify the worm and is it harmless to the tank? Iv added a pic.

Bristleworm and youre lucky it didn't prick you with bristles. You would be doing the Mexican hat dance for a few hours !!

They can get quite large so just be mindful of that. And if u haven’t found out already their bristles will stick in you and cause irritation

Well it's a good thing I was wearing gloves.
