Some Type of Worm?

I’m moving corals from my old tank to a new one. In the process I’m quarantining and dipping everything. While dipping this chalice I noticed what looks to be worms coming out of it. I dipped it again tonight and captured a time lapse of it. There were fewer of them this time than the last dip, but still a lot.

I’m guessing they’re mesenterial filaments— the coral reacting to the dip?
