Slowly becoming a nice tank... just a few slight issues here and there.

No clue of the circles on this coral. there are no bugs present on it. and this is the only one like this.

the Infamous Brown Blob... now something special.

most likely there will be alot more acro eating flatworm.. i seen those bug create massive damaged to many ppl tank online.. Good luck..

As long as its caught early, it's totally possible to eradicate them, without major losses. Good Luck Lindsey, and even with the bite marks, all those acros are looking sweet. Have you had any color change since adding the LED's?

Just more color. And yea just that worm. No signs of eggs at all. Did see some marks on another acro and ended up fragging it badly to get it dipped. Saw just a single small worm in the bowl. One more may be affected but can't tell. Ill have to make up a few gallons of coral rx pro and remove it and the whole rock. All corals are doing good as you can see from polyp extension.

And I think I am getting better color now with the led's

found the cause of circles.

That's an Adult AEFW and if you found one there are more!!! Be assured and very concerned and take drastic measures to inspect all of your SPS for these little buggers or you will regret it. I lost 1/2 of my tank from not taking one worm serious and it took me a year to get rid of them in the end. Get a bright light and a good magnifying glass or Microscope and dip all your coral rocks and all and look for Eggs (It will be hard to find them at first) But once you get them spotted it gets easier to find them. If a colony does not look healthy it most likely has been effected and these things can actually bore into the coral and lay eggs inside where you would never find them, If i had not started cutting colonies up to inspect them i would never got rid of them, Once i started to throw out any coral that was not healthy i started to get the upper hand on them with weekly dips and inspections for a very long time. I also used Levamisol for 5 weeks which i have no proof it worked but it did no harm either.
I found they Prefer Purple and Blue colors first but will consume all coral in the end, Even my Caps were breeding grounds for Eggs on the undersides of them i found 100's of Eggs and at first believed all of the so called knowledge that they will not bother anything but Acro's.... Not true in my case and several friends that had the same experience as me. I hope you take this serious or you will regret it as they are very formidable buggers!

Thanks bill. Once I saw this one come off it was a very bright light inspection of them all. Dipped a second one and will dip the rest today. Didn't see any signs of eggs
